How it works
Your outreach pipeline from search to reply
Discover
Enter your city and category. A search returns up to 25 matching independent stores instantly.
Score
Every retailer is scored for fit with your brand, so you know which stores to prioritize.
Send
A personalized wholesale pitch is drafted for every store. Edit, approve, and send in minutes.
Track
See who opens, clicks, and replies. Your dashboard tracks every conversation automatically.
Introducing LearnFilter™
The only retailer discovery tool that gets smarter every time you use it. Your searches learn your preferences automatically — no setup required.
Delete what you don't want
Remove a retailer that doesn't fit. One click reveals the option to permanently exclude its entire store type.
Your search remembers
Excluded store types are saved to your account. Every future search automatically omits them, forever.
Results improve over time
After a few searches, your results are targeted to exactly the retailers that carry products like yours.
Set it once. Never see it again.
LearnFilter™ is exclusive to BoutiqScout. No other retailer outreach tool builds a preference profile for your brand automatically.
